• The 3D Visualization Manager will manage a team of 3D Visualization Specialists on the production of high-quality atmospheric images and illustrations; collaborating with the graphic and architectural teams to achieve evocative style visualizations to a presentation standard whilst working to fixed deadlines. 
• Ensuring the output of excellent quality visualizations is the main element of the role but it also includes:

• Produce high-quality atmospheric visualizations for competition and client presentations

• To assist HOD in developing and improving department management policy and workflow to maintain effective working relationships with team members and all staff functions to ensure an efficient work environment.
• Lead, monitor, and motivate the team to get the structure design solution that matches the client’s vision, expected cost, quality, and standard.
