Early this morning, the Ground-Breaking Praying Ceremony for OCIC project has taken place at OCIC Office Building Site with the presences of managements and representatives from Oversea Cambodian Investment Corporation – OCIC CMED and Construction Co., Ltd. This event is an exciting milestone to mark the commencement of the construction of the project with CMED Construction as the designer and main contractor, committed to “Build for the Best”.
OCIC Office Building will be a 19-storey development covering a 27,000sqm floor area in Chroy Changvar Satellite City which will be served to multi-storey carpark, retail spaces, open offices, green areas, meeting & conference rooms, and many other amenities. Completion of this projects is expected toward end of 2019.
