On 16 June 2020, CMED Construction held “Office Building for OCIC Project Handover Ceremony” at OCIC office building site at Chroy Changvar district. The ceremony was attended by Overseas Cambodia Investment Corporation (OCIC), CMED Construction and related contractors.
The project was kicked off on 01 November 2017. CMED Construction takes over the project on Design Build package. With total construction area of approximately 27,000 SQM, this office building is a 19-storey development which consists of a multi-storey carpark, retail spaces, open offices, green areas, meeting conference rooms, and other amenities.

The handover ceremony was started in the morning with welcome speech of CMED Construction and OCIC and followed by the building inspection of all the attendees. During the inspection, the client experienced and tested the products with CMED team demonstrations. The ceremony was closed by CMED presenting the completion report and followed by a warm group photo taking. By finishing the project on time and within the budget, CMED Construction is proud to present one of the master pieces to client with our “Build for the Best” pride.
