The Human Resources and Development (HRD) Department’s Principal Function is to provide CMEDCC with structure and the ability to meet business needs through efficient and fair management of the company’s most valuable resources – its employees.
HRD is tasked to recruit the right candidate for the right position, to be able to motivate and support and take care of every employee while ensuring that employees are complying with CMEDCC’s Rules and Regulations – ensuring fairness, mutual benefit and responsibility between employees and the Company.
Human Resource is all about acquiring services of people, developing their skills, motivating them to the foremost level and making sure that they continue to maintain their commitment towards the organization – from recruitment to retirement.
The following functions and documentary obligations are required to be performed in a timely, accurate manner to the full satisfaction and approval of HRD Manager and HOD Admin Dept.
-Job posting process: posting jobs, expire job postings, and submit applicants to Hiring Manager.
-Assist recruiter with screening and reviewing resumes.
-Schedule and perform phone interviews with candidates.
-Maintain all filing of HR related documents as assigned by HR Managers.
-Process new hire paperwork.
-Prepare weekly recruitment report.
-Support administrative tasks.
-Backup other team members when needed.

Principal Role and Responsibilities
1.Deep understanding and compliance of MGR instruction.
2.Timely submission and reporting of assigned tasks.
3.Constant coordination with MGR and other Departments to ensure alignment of works.
-Under HR Manager’s guidance, to follow, process and execute all instructions on Departmental roles / functions.
-Assist and work with the assigned Department as a Team, constantly coordinating, communicating and discussing.
