Personal Assistant to Drawing Coordination GM

Job Description

  • Provide full secretarial and admin support to the General Manager; ensuring the smooth running of the company operations 
  • Review construction (structural and architectural) plans and quantity requirements
  • Create and Develop an Overall schedule for Internal and External overall project contract milestones
  • Reviews the development of designs for compliance with applicable codes, adopted engineering standards, and good engineering practices 
  • Performs field inspections as part of the construction quality assurance process
  • Schedule meetings, maintain a staff calendar, distribute correspondence, and prepare documents
  • Take minutes of meetings and maintain records 
  • Produce letters, reports, and memos as required using Microsoft Office 
  • To process and/or submit expenses to the admin/accounting department 
  • Perform data entry, recording, printing, and filing duties 
  • Assist in checking and verifying staff claims and invoices for the project team and headquarters department 
  • Performs other tasks and projects assigned by the direct supervisor

 

Job Requirements

  • A recognized bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or equivalent 
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in the role 
  • Good command of English communication both spoken and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
