Personal Assistant to Drawing Coordination GM
Job Description
Provide full secretarial and admin support to the General Manager; ensuring the smooth running of the company operations
Review construction (structural and architectural) plans and quantity requirements
Create and Develop an Overall schedule for Internal and External overall project contract milestones
Reviews the development of designs for compliance with applicable codes, adopted engineering standards, and good engineering practices
Performs field inspections as part of the construction quality assurance process
Schedule meetings, maintain a staff calendar, distribute correspondence, and prepare documents
Take minutes of meetings and maintain records
Produce letters, reports, and memos as required using Microsoft Office
To process and/or submit expenses to the admin/accounting department
Perform data entry, recording, printing, and filing duties
Assist in checking and verifying staff claims and invoices for the project team and headquarters department
Performs other tasks and projects assigned by the direct supervisor
Job Requirements
A recognized bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or equivalent
A minimum of 7 years experience in the role
Good command of English communication both spoken and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
