Japan and CMED Construction proudly organized a ground breaking ceremony today to officially begin the construction of the new 26-storey L’attrait Condominium Project which is located on Street 334, Beong Keng Kang I, Phnom Penh. Located in so-called booming business quarter of Phnom Penh City, L’attrait Condominium will be emerging as a new rising star to come into service by early 2021.
